Welcome to VibeAtWork, a HRIS and culture building software as a service (SaaS) provided by VibeAtWork Pty Ltd (“VibeAtWork”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our SaaS and the services we provide to you.

VibeAtWork provides a HRIS and culture building SaaS that allows our customers to manage their human resources and improve their company culture. Our SaaS includes various features, such as employee management, performance evaluations, and culture surveys. We may add or remove features from our SaaS at any time and without notice.
Use of Services
In order to use our SaaS, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You may not use our SaaS for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for your own account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VibeAtWork be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising in connection with our SaaS or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, or line or system failure, even if VibeAtWork, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses, or expenses.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold VibeAtWork, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our SaaS, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Governing Law
These Terms and your use of our SaaS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Melbourne, Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
